Welcome! I’m Dr. Jackie,
the PT for mamas…
I am a pelvic floor and pediatric physical therapist + holistic fertility coach, serving mamas and babies in New Orleans and virtually all over the globe.
After overcoming years of severe low back and pelvic pain, diagnoses of endometriosis and PCOS, and multiple miscarriages (read my fertility story here), I know firsthand how heart-wrenching the journey to and through motherhood can be.
As a mama of two and Doctor of Physical therapy specializing in the pelvic floor, I have both the personal experience AND the evidence-based resources to guide YOU through:
pelvic pain conditions like endometriosis
infertility, miscarriage, and difficulty conceiving
leaking
pregnancy aches and pains
birth preparation
postpartum recovery and birth trauma
No matter where you’ve been, YOU CAN heal, move and thrive in every stage of motherhood, from preconception to postpartum.

…AND their babies!
I am a pediatric physical therapist in New Orleans specializing in treating babies with tongue and lip ties, gassiness, colic, and sleep disordered breathing.
After dealing with extreme pain with breastfeeding and severe tongue ties, reflux, and colic with my two boys, I was so tired of hearing my pediatrician say “he’ll grow out of it” and “some babies just cry a lot”… I knew my baby was struggling (and my mental health suffered as a result)
I discovered the huge gap in information and evidence-based care for babies with tethered oral tissues in New Orleans.
Since then, I have made it my mission to ensure families dealing with the many lasting effects of oral ties (it’s NOT just about being able to breastfeed) have the compassionate guidance and the resources they need, so the whole family can enjoy the sweet early days.
Babies deserve to feel good too!
I provide infant physical therapy services and craniosacral therapy for babies with tongue tie, colic, reflux, and other feeding/digestive difficulties to relieve body tension, improve nervous system regulation, promote healthy airway development, and restore normal feeding and motor skills.
You don’t have to suffer alone, mama. I can help.
Whether you’re dealing with infertility, bladder leaking, pain in pregnancy, endometriosis, or prolapse postpartum, trust me - I get it! You don’t have to suffer alone. My signature 1:1 pelvic health programs can change your life!

Having vaginismus and pain with sex was impacting my marriage and delaying our plans to start a family. Dr. Jackie was warm and caring and she was able to relate on a personal level, she truly cared about my whole being. After working with Jackie, I was able to have penetrative sex, and even decreased back pain, better knowledge of my pelvic floor muscles and how to control them and able to get pregnant as a result, I even had a vaginal delivery!

I had so many OBGYNs and doctors tell me that having pain with intercourse it was “just anxiety” or to just “drink a glass of wine.” Jackie listened and addressed the root issue! I am now able to have sex without pain! And we now have a beautiful baby boy!

"I came to Dr. Jackie as a postpartum mom of twin boys with a low back injury that caused severe sciatic pain. She has a tremendous amount of empathy, as. amom of two boys, a former athlete, and a previous victim to chronic pain. Talking with her makes me feel completely understood, and I feel like she wholeheartedly wants to help me not just feel better, but get back to my daily life and activities." - Molli M.
