I do not accept insurance as an in-network provider- this allows me to provide the highest quality care individualized to you 1:1 for an hour every visit , that is not limited by the restraints insurance puts on your care. My clients pay up front and I can offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if you have out of network benefits available to you for PT.
This model of care often saves my clients money, but it ALWAYS saves them time and energy - and gives the value you deserve in your healthcare - by getting you in sooner, seeing you individually, and coming up with a custom plan for you.
Many in-network PTs will have you visit 2-3x/week for 6-12 weeks, have shorter appointments, and/or see you alongside 2-3 other patients. That being said, I completely understand the financial restraints in considering making an investment in your health.
When making an investment in your health, it's important to get the highest value that honors not only your financial investment, but your time and energy to get your desired result.
If you're not ready or able to make a financial commitment to your health goals, I'm committed to providing you tons of free content and resources via instagram, blogs, and my Juicy News email newsletter.

Wear comfortable clothing as we will be doing several movement tests in your initial evaluation. Exercise clothing is helpful, but not necessary!

At your first visit, Dr. Jackie will sit down with you to discuss all of your symptoms and your story.
Then, we will begin your physical exam, looking at your whole-body movement patterns. Typically your first visit will include, if you consent, an internal vaginal or rectal exam to assess your pelvic floor and structures that are contributing to your symptoms. This gives valuable information to determine the path to healing.
Dr. Jackie will walk you through every step of the process prior to performing any exam procedures and values your informed consent every step of the process.

Every patient will need to schedule an Initial evaluation first, which will help Dr. Jackie determine an estimate of your plan of care and recommended frequency of visits.
Most patients will need between 8-12 visits approximately weekly or biweekly to overcome symptoms quickly and move toward their goals. Those with chronic conditions such as endometriosis, hypermobility, and chronic pelvic pain, may need more visits.
Pregnant patients often need to be seen weekly or biweekly throughout pregnancy depending on severity of symptoms and the many changes that happen from week to week.
Many patients choose to continue on after completing a plan of care with monthly check-ins / tune-ups after primary symptoms have resolved to update exercise programming and stay symptom free as they move toward bigger goals such as training for races, or returning to heavy lifting or high impact workouts.
-
Every patient, virtual or inperson, will start with an initial evaluation, then we will book a number of follow up sessions for you determined by Dr. Jackie’s exam.
Initial Evaluation is $265
Follow up visits are $230.
We accept HSA and FSA and provide superbills if you desire to seek insurance reimbursement for your visits.

Dr. Jackie provides high quality, 1:1 care that is not dictated by the bounds of insurance based care.
Every visit is one hour and includes a comprehensive look at your symptoms, manual therapy, and customized programming for you to improve your symptoms between visits .
You will never be passed off to a rehab tech to complete exercises in a crowded gym.
All your visits will be with a doctor of physical therapy specializing in treating the pelvic floor and related orthopedic conditions.
Because of this highly individualized level of quality care, patients build a long term relationship with Dr. Jackie and continue to seek her care through multiple pregnancies, postpartum seasons, and occasional symptom flare ups.
